Hi, I'm Grace. I design and build intuitive products that simplify complex workflows and help teams move with clarity. I grew up in a first-generation Peruvian household, where hard work and craft were part of everyday life. I performed in Drum Corps International with The Cavaliers and Blue Devils, which taught me discipline, collaboration, and the value of relentless rehearsal. Outside of work, I teach marching band and WGI Winds, stay active as a music educator, and unwind with my three Shih-Tzu puppies.

Healthcare Operation & Order Management System
Directed product development a full operational OMS platform, reducing lead times from 3 months to under a week. Scope grew to include a client-facing portal for reviewing results and a field mobile app that optimizes technician scheduling around drive-time and service-time — increasing daily completed appointments from 7 to 18 per technician. Mapped complex clinical workflows across all three surfaces and partnered directly with the CTO to deliver a compliant, scalable solution.

As UI/UX lead, designed a manufacturing SaaS platform that achieved 100% client adoption and is under evaluation for broader rollout. The interface unifies warehouse inventory with vendor material chemistry data, then guides operators through a dynamic, compliance‑aware workflow. An AI model recommends optimal materials and process steps to produce target outputs that meet specifications and regulatory guidelines—improving accuracy, throughput, and decision speed on the factory floor.

Job & Revenue Forecasting Platform
As UI/UX design lead and lead full‑stack developer, delivered a real‑time forecasting and scenario planning platform that replaced a slow, manual process with a responsive, automated experience. The interface streamlines model inputs and visualization for faster, more strategic decisions, while the full‑stack build—Next.js and TypeScript on the front end integrated with a Snowflake data lakehouse—cut a 36‑hour forecasting cycle down to 15 minutes.
